The massage itself was good, the masseuse seemed experienced and chatty however on arrival they did not have my appointment on system despite booking 24 hours before. In addition, the masseuse left the room multiple times after loud knocks on the door.The room was by the reception, so I could loudly hear both the sounds of traffic and clear conversations which did not allow me to relax at all.

Dissapointed at today’s treatment. I’ve even to Sarasin before when I had quite a lot of upper back tension, and the massage was good. Today I specifically told the therapist that I had a lot of pain in my upper back and she did not attempt to remove any knots and spent next to no time on my back. It was essentially just rubbing my skin no deep tissue massage and 10 minutes towards the end of my treatment someone knocked the door loudly and the therapist was then clearly rushing me away.
