Visited Sarah and Ryoho Reiki at her treatment room in Uppermill. Sarah was professional as always and keen to listen to how I’d been since my last visit.
The Reiki treatment room Is so well set out, very clean and calming.
I was very relaxed throughout and Sarah always asks how I felt during the session in the consultation following treatment.
Reiki with Sarah has definitely helped my with my anxiety and I would urge anyone considering Reiki to contact Sarah, you’ll be glad you did.

This was my first session of Reiki with Sarah I have only had a taster session before. I absolutely loved the Reiki session, it was very powerful and calming and Sarah was really caring afterwards as I was emotional afterwards, will definitely be having some more sessions

I have been seeing Sarah for over a year now. And I have to say that each session gets better and better. I find her very warm and welcoming and her reiki sessions bring complete relaxation to me. The nice stress free feeling from the reiki tends to stick around too. Her new work studio is the perfect setting to relax in and I would highly recommend especially if you haven’t experienced reiki before! 10/10
