Calm, inviting, Sarah makes you immediately feel relaxed and content. Especially to have the opportunity to set intentions and have that more hands on approach that was part of the Sekhem healing energy session. Would definitely recommend.

I've had reiki before but this was my first experience of Sekhmet healing. It was a very deep, yet very calming experience. It started off with ceremonial blue lotus tea, which was deeply relaxing and then there was a half hour of usui reiki, which gently led me into the experience, followed by Sekhmet, which felt a stronger energy. I relaxed into deep trance and got a lot from my journey. It finished with a personal sound bath and the energy of the bowls perfectly ended my experience.

I went to Sarah with an extreme phobia. She listened to me talk and made me feel completely at ease. I did some sessions through zoom and within the second week I knew it was working. With her help and amazingly soothing voice I was able to conquer my phobia. The mp3 she sent helped me fall asleep every night and sleep better than I ever have done before. If I ever need another session I can just contact her. I'm extremely grateful for everything she did for me. Well worth the money.
