I went to see Victoria (senior stylist on Thursday and Saturdays) after a self bleach disaster. Victoria was reassuring and calm whilst sorting out what was now a crusmblimg haystack of damaged processed hair. Jason is lovely and you will receive a warm welcome on arrival. Thank you both x
