I've been coming here for some years, through several staff and management changes. I'm satisfied with what I receive here, on the whole. Have had recent poor experience and am hoping this is just a blip, so am still rating it 4 stars, but with some reservations on that evaluation, as follows. It is easy to forgive two bad errors; three bad errors change the ball game rather; four bad errors demand a re-think; hence, I am re-thinking where I take my custom, and the next booking will tell. Latest story: (a) when I turned up for my booking, my stylist had not, and I had not been advised; (b) stylist cut not only my hair, but my ear, really rather badly; (c) I asked stylist to replace a hair product that had run out, but when I got it home, it was a different, and unsuitable, product (although salon willingly and cheerfully replaced); (d) my last two cuts with new stylist are behaving badly, rather dead, and am unsure what to make of this yet. For now, I live in hopes of getting back on track, because the people are so nice here.

Victoria is a hair god. She's saved my over processed hair from completely falling out and done a semipermanent colour correction. The cut is lovely I owe her a million good reviews.
Jason did my nails on Thursday too. A very lovely guy with great skill and attention.
