I arrived at my hair appointment to find the salon closed! My money has been taken out of my account, so my pocket is lighter but my head is not! Really wanted a fresh haircut to go on holidays tomorrow- if I'd known when I booked two days ago then I could have gone elsewhere. I've been here several times before and it's been going down hill- I won't be returning after this. I would have given no stars if it was possible.
