I dont usually leave reviews, feel bad writing this but 2 weeks after my appointment I’m still so sad. I asked for a 5cm trim with face-framing layers under my chin - she took over 10cm and gave me choppy layers starting halfway down my neck. The back was supposed to be a blunt cut, but she didn’t connect it to the front and it looked square and awkward. It took forever and I had to sit there for ages, uncomfortably watching my hair get slowly butchered. Truly a nightmare, I would never go back

Sofia was absolutely lovely, best head massage and she was so nice about my hair and did a great job on the cut. She really took time to make sure it was perfect and I’m so happy with the result. She was also lovely to chat to and I left feeling super positive. Will definitely be back again.
