I booked my hairstyling appointment at Sanrizz Knightsbridge before Christmas and I was extremely satisfied and very happy with their service. The salon itself is very and all staff seemed very friendly and happy. Hair Cut and Conditioning Treatment was done by very professional and competent stylist. I would definitely recommend the salon as well as my stylist to anyone.

They didn't seem to appear to have my booking but it wasn't a problem. But the guy didn't reassure me by saying sorry we don't have your booking, but its okay, we can fit you in. Just left me wondering!

I find the whole experience more than satisfactory. I will definitely consider going back again and actually making it my usual hair salon. I am a little dissatisfied that it is not open on Sundays because I actually work the rest of the days, so I have to take a day off if I want to have my hair cut. The staff is very polite, professional and helpful.
