On arrival there was no-one on reception, I was just ordered by my stylist to go downstairs. Turns out I was sent to the place where free haircuts happen in their basement academy. None of the staff were attentive or even present, all hiding in the back, and I was impersonally gowned and asked to sit and wait with everyone else. I waited over 15 minutes. Then herded around their basement like cattle, it took me to be very vocal as to ask what was going on. The person I spoke to found the mix up more amusing than serious, and the staff of the salon were rather absently apologetic. The haircut was less than average, and my stylist happened to be the very woman who shooed me downstairs while she was blow drying someone else's hair. I didn't find the staff friendly at all, but rather blunt, impersonal and irritable. I was not impressed and I am certainly not returning. Their only saving grace was value for money.
Fantastic cut with Paulina. Was going from long hair to a lob and the cut was excellent; real care and attention given. Very pleased with the cut, and would definitely recommend Paulina and Sanrizz Brunswick.
It's a nice salon but I was really disappointed in my hair cut. It looked fine once I left the salon after it was blow dried but now I've washed it, it just looks dreadful. I had quite long hair and asked the hairdresser to cut off enough to make it healthy, she never asked if I wanted layers but gave me such short layers now and my hair is thick and wavy so it just looks like a mop now. I'm really upset with it and I'm going to have to keep it in a ponytail until it grows out 😞
I wasn't sure if I did get hair conditioning or scalp treatment service but I was only hoping for a good haircut anyway. The cut itself was ok, the hairdresser took her time doing my layers. However, she was not very pleased when I told her I didn't like my hair at the back square. She explained that was the way she would do it and offered to thinner my hair. I couldn't see how that could help but it was clear that she couldn't do any thing else.
