I booked on the app, which has never let me down, arrived in good time after paying for the appointment, to find the salon completely closed and in darkness. I appreciate things may come up and that’s no problem, however out of courtesy I would have expected the salon to at least contact me to cancel the appointment. I would have rebooked however I won’t be bothering.
I even rang the salon number and no answer, Treatwell also tried to contact the salon and they have also not received an answer.
