Sam gave a very good deep tissue massage. She was informative throughout, asking in the consultation any areas I wanted her to focus on and informing me about the types of oils she would be using. Throughout the massage she asked if the pressure she was using was ok for me and informed me where my tensions were. Overall I loved the experience and had relaxing snooze in the process. I'll definitely use her services again.
Since I football on a regular basis, I usually tend to have hamstring tightness problems & being given the deep tissue massage leaves me leaving loose & being able to play at the best of my ability knowing I won't have to worry about my hamstring play up.
