lovely salon and staff, however I booked ombre but the colour I've got is not blended and starts about 2 inches from my roots so just looks like odd block highlights as it isn't through all of the ends of my hair or lighter at the end of my hair, disappointing as the girl that did my hair was so lovely!! 😔😔

Natalie did a really good job of my balayage. She matched my natural colour perfectly so that I can grow my natural dark blonde colour into bleach blonde ends for a low maintenance style. When I got home I realised some of the dark blonde dye had transferred onto a section of blonde, but Natalie and her team sorted this out for me quickly on next working day. The team were friendly and helpful and I will be back. My only small area for improvement is that the magazines were a few weeks old but this is something which could easily be rectified
