Really lovely salon with very friendly and welcoming staff. Kaitlin was really lovely and walked me through everything giving me all the options and helping me with decisions. I felt really comfortable talking to her, we had a good chat and she gave me a lot of advice and explanations. She even offered me tea and let me stay around in the salon while I was waiting for a bus. I'm really happy with the haircut and the styling I got and will most likely be coming back again next time I need a haircut.

This is the 2nd time I’ve had my nails done at Salon Symphony by Kaitlin and I’m really happy with them! Kaitlin is friendly and attentive and does a fab job!

Kaitlen was so lovely and friendly as soon as I got through the door made me feel at ease offered me a drink and chatted through what I wanted for my colour and cut. Really easy to talk to. Absolutely loved my hair, best it's been done out of all the balayage colourings I've had. Looking forward to going back again in the future.
