This is my second time going there, Kaitlin and Laura are outgoing, compassionate, tender- hearted, Kaitlin did my loose perm, before she got started she made sure i was comfortable, tranquil and was not to hot because of my P.O.T.S:- Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome, she give me a hand held fan just in case i was to get too hot. Kaitlin went through step my step what she was going to do and how the loose perm will look, i am thrilled with the outcome. Highly recommended gifted artist.
