The ladies were lovely (unfortunately their names are all similar so I can't remember who is who!). Firstly, the girl who washed my hair was so lovely, really personable and friendly. Then Layla who cut my hair was fab and asked for help from another stylist when I asked for something she wasn't sure about, which in my opinion shows great customer service, as she wanted to make sure I liked my hair. Katrina was really helpful to Layla!
10/10 vibes, I love my hair!
