Professional, she explained every step before she went ahead with the treatment she took her time I didn't feel rushed as I have done before in deferent clinic .
She explained how to take care after the treatment she gave me a lovely little care pack and even checked on me after a few hours to see how I'm feeling can't wait to have a feather treatment
