Really great colour, one of the best haircut and colours I've ever had! I've received loads of compliments. Sarah was lovely, we had a good chat and I felt really comfortable. Top job! Thanks Sarah :-)

I arrived on time for a dye, restyle, and finish which began 50 minutes later. I was very worried things would be delayed ongoing and needed to return to my baby, so I had only a dye and no restyle and finish. A refund was agreed at the time and I have since been sent just £10 which does not fairly cover the difference shown on their website of £23. Also worrying, another customer removed their mask for a long part of their visit and was not challenged on this. Will not be visiting again.
