Laura was really lovely and attentive to me! Despite me having a pretty rubbish couple of days and not feeling super talkative or upbeat because of it, Laura was so understanding and lovely. She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and made sure to walk me through the whole process. So lovely and kind and the hair is looking amazing. So pleased and I will definitely be back when it needs a touch up! :)
