I have been coming to Salon Symphony for about a year now and have only had trims but I trusted Kaitlyn to chop my long hair into a bob and am thrilled with the result. Kaitlyn is an amazing stylist and I would thoroughly recommend the salon!

This was the first time I've had something like this done on my hair. Kaitlin was so lovely and patient with me while we narrowed down what exactly I wanted, explained everything and answered all my questions. She made sure I'm comfortable during the longer session and we had a nice chat. I absolutely love the result and am so happy with it, Kaitlin definitely knows what she's doing with the balayage and she helped me pick toner that matches what I really wanted too. Great experience overall.
