Kaitlin took the time to explain and listen. She gave options and asked me questions in order to ensure I was happy. The salon was clean and tidy. But most of all Kaitlin was friendly and welcoming. I felt so comfortable there. The same for my teenage daughter, who was really pleased with her hair after.

I’ve been going to Kaitlin for years and I’ve never been disappointed. She’s always really chatty, friendly and it’s always a great experience getting my hair cut by her.
