The salon is really nice and the waxing room is clean and relaxing, the brazilian wax was however disappointing. The lady was almost in a rush, and she used strips instead of hot wax for the majority of the treatment. The result was definitely not one of the best I ever experienced.

Warm welcome and offered a coffee while I waited. Treatment room was clean with nice lighting and relaxing music. My therapist was professional as ever, ensuring I was comfortable at all stages and giving advice about aftercare treatment when I asked. Overall a very enjoyable experience and great value for money.

CACI treatment duration booked and paid for was 75 minutes. The actual treatment however lasted only 60 minutes. As a result I feel short-changed and a little disappointed. When I mentioned this to Salon House I was told that these treatments only ever last 60 minutes and that the information on the website (75 minutes) does not apply. Strange that the price given on the website (65 pounds) did still apply.
