Unfortunately the appointment that I booked through Treatwell had not been recognised in the salon's system, so I was unable to get the £45 treatment that I had booked because they didn't have the time to fit me in. The salon asked if I would instead like a cheaper option that would take less time. The service was efficient and quick and reasonably priced. It was an unfortunate error, however, the salon did their best to accommodate and I would happily use them again.
