Very friendly staff. Did a blow dry which wasn’t good. I asked for a light blow dry to keep volume and instead got a long time consuming sleek blow dry which was exactly what I didn’t want. Customer knows best so they need to listen to them more. And the shampoo wash was the roughest I have ever experienced.
