The therapist did very little to make me feel at ease during the treatment. When I said I was starting to panic (after being told i'd have to keep my eyes closed for 40 minutes) she laughed at me and said it would be fine. It would have been good to get some kind of explanation as to what she was doing to my lashes both before and during the treatment rather than just going ahead with it.
The results of the lash lift itself are fine. Not an amazing lift and loads of the product was left on my eye after so I was left to go home with crusty eyes..
