Even though I was late I was made to feel welcomed and unhurried. Hair wash was very relaxing. Had lovely chat whilst hair cut which made the time fly by. My hair was carefully checked before declared finished and my opinion of it was checked too.
I’m actually looking forward to when I return for the trim to keep my new bob style which everyone has admired.
