I had booked a haircut for my mum who had come the way from leicester after my recommendation. She was extremely disappointed. Firstly I had booked a specific stylist because I had personally had my hair styled by her. When we arrived she was on holiday. The lady thay did my mums hair was very rude and didn't even know how to style. She just cut the sides and didn't even bother to cut evenly. My mum had to tell her that it was not level. I am very embarrassed as my mum was very unhappy and could have had her hair done elsewhere for a cheaper price. I am not sure I will be using the salon again.
