They didn’t really seem to know what they were doing. Filing my nails and then blowing on them didn’t seem the most hygienic. Nail varnish was dotted around the salon. I wanted to upgrade to shellac but the manager didn’t understand what I was asking. My nails were a good shape at the end but I did feel it was something I could have done myself at home

I had the ‘deep cleansing facial’ with Cristalina. She was a lovely therapist. The treatment lasted about 45-50 mins and included a scrub, steam, massage, blackhead removal and mask. All of the staff at the salon were very friendly and pleasant. While the treatment was fine, I was slightly disappointed with the condition of the decor - dated and a bit tatty. All of the chairs have seen better days. A little investment in these small details will make the whole experience feel like you’re really treating yourself. I also found it a little odd that I had to walk through someone else’s treatment room to exit, while they were having their facial! Nonetheless, a nice treatment for the price.
