The place was lovely, spacious and clean. The treatment was good however I did notice the therapist started a little late and finished a little early. There was also a lot of time spent at the sink. I got the distinct impression the therapist was forcing herself to be friendly, especially at the end, it might have been a long day for her

Overall, the experience was really good. I thought the manicure was speedy but well done, and the facial was very relaxing. I'd have liked a more thorough extraction, but I still left glowing!
