I usually love going here but today wasn’t a great experience and I left in a lot of pain. I bought the Express LaLa Glamour lashes and unfortunately I feel like they aren’t that dramatic and my left and right don’t really match. But more importantly it was the actual appointment experience.
The lady who did my lashes seemed lovely and was gentle throughout the whole process so I don’t really want to fault her as such. My experience was ruined towards the end when she asked if they were okay I asked for a few more lashes to be added. She went to add more and it was then that her tweezer cleanser dripped INTO my left eye, I mentioned I felt something and she reassured me it wasn’t the glue. It ended up stinging my eye so so badly that she didn’t really end up adding anymore lashes as I wanted to wash my eye out and try blinking it out. I didn’t really feel like she asked if I was okay, or even a sorry, she just kept reassuring me that it wasn’t the glue which is fine but the pain was pretty unbearable and I just wanted to leave at that point.
Since the appointment, about 4 hours ago, my eye still has a slightly burning sensation and is bloodshot :( when I press my eye shut it feels like a massive bruise. I’m really hoping it’ll be okay!!

Sharon and Rachel was pleasing and done so well with threading and waxing respectively. But with unexperienced team member, Body Exfoliation treatment is not being done properly as per the dedicated time for it which is 30-40mins time.Its just useless and no result.
