Lovely relaxing facial! Hadn’t had a facial before so the lady did a good job at choosing which products to use. Really relaxing experience and skin felt great afterwards.

Megan was really nice and made me feel at ease and in good hands. the general ambience and layout of the salon was lovely. I didn't even know there was a beauty salon there before!
Clean, calm, professional, friendly and relaxing.
I had never had a facial done before but was really happy with the whole experience. Megan talked me through it all and asked me lots of questions to find out more about my skin, my routine and if I had any main concerns. The whole thing was really relaxing and felt great. I went for the Dermalogica Proskin 30. I was also given some tips on how to care for my skin and given samples of all the products used during the facial. Great experience overall and will definitely book again.

Really disappointed as I turned up 5 mins early waited over 15 and no one showed up. I went to check I had been checked in and was told it would be another couple of minutes. I had to leave 5 minutes later as I was having an thread over my lunch break and this level of delay with no explanation was poor and I had to get back to work. Annoying as one time I had to rearrange a time and was told if it happened again I would have to pay. I rang 4 hours before the app.

Liked my eyelashes however the right one is not as fuller as the other eye which is annoying its noticeable if I wasn’t going away the following day I would have gone back
