Really nice venue, very professional and lovely staff. I would really recommend this venue for this particular treatment, it was practically pain free!
This was an excellent treatment. The location was great, the beautician was very professional & friendly, & made the whole experience very painless! I would definitely recommend this & will be going back again!
Quick and efficient. Everyone is very friendly and salon is peaceful so I enjoy my cup of green tea that is offered while being pampered.

I had an Elemis facial when booked it it was 1 hour and 15 minutes. I was in and out of the treatment room in 40 mins. I can't help but feel a little bit cheated. I paid £40.00 for a 40 minute facial. I didn't notice until I was up and dressed out of the room so there didn't seem any point in challenging it and going back in. The facial was very nice, I just feel if it's advertised as a 75 minute treatment 40 mins is really cheeky. . I wasn't late I really early.

It was ok - a little patchy I prefer my bikini wax to be a swifter. There was a lot of return visits to areas, which just leave the area a little sore. Then when finished there were still some stragglers I have to tweeze when I got home. The lady was lovely and the venue clean and comfortable.
