Do not get carried away with fake reviews here. I wasted my money (£200) and time both here. Went for a facial and hair colour. When I walked in the beautycian was with another customer - even though I had booked an appointment week ago. She neither bother to apologies not bother to see if I am ok, made me wait 15-20 minutes. When my turn came she even forgot what I was there - even though I had said over the phone several times why I am booking an appointment. She asked me what is my concern on facial, I said I have blackheads prolem and she just did the most expensive facial without showing me diffrent facials and asking my opinion. 1 hour facial finished in 40 minutes and it was the worst facial I ever had. No massage no proper cleaning and she did not remove a single bleackhead either. when I asked she said use nosestrip after 2 days. Same with my hair colour. She was charging £135 which was more than branded salon. I said I need to think but but befoew I could make up my mind she made colour and said I can't change my mind now. Also instead of full hair - which i paid for she coloured only half head and said colours will blend in other hair. She wanted to serve another walked in customer and tried to get rid of me as quick as possible. Colour hasnt come out effective and hair looks very dull. damaged my hair too Surely not goign ever again or will not recommand anyone.

Really great service and great staff, massage was brilliant, if you are in muscle pain or stressed out, this is right place to go to.

I had an indian head massage with the senior therapist at Saks in Harrow and it was excellent. She was clearly very experienced - great pressure and a very relaxing experience in general. The treatment room was clean and today and she used a warming pad under my shoulders, which was a nice touch. I would definitely return for more treatments!
