I booked an appt for Sat 11 April at 11am. When I arrived I found the salon was closed due to refurbishment. I had received a Treatwell reminder for the appt the day before. The signs in the salon windows indicated that the salon had been due to be reopened on the 11th but this had been amended to the 13th. I do not understand why clients with appts booked for the 11th (and presumably the 12th) were not informed of the closure. Very disappointed at the level of customer service.

has changed names to the Village Edit but as usual same staff. great service clean and efficient. nice pedicure. sorts my feet out for the month!

I got the express shellac manicure the day before going on holiday and over half of the shellac started peeling on day 2 of my 2 weeks holiday. Not impressed and ‘express’ is not an excuse as it still should not peel after 2 days.

vey enjoyable and very professional. my therapist Nathalia was very good at selecting a colour, she was very thorough on working on my feet and she painted my nails so well they look like gels. I will be coming back. the massage included was ace.
