Guida was not available as she had arrived late, and so was with another client when I arrived. The salon had not tried to call me about this, but had changed my appointment using Fresha (?) and this had gone to my emails 30 mins before my appointment was due. (I saw this afterwards). I was not offered to wait for her, but was asked to go with another beauty therapist, which I did and was very pleased. I shall probably go with her again next time I'm there.
Great CACI facial from Guida - one of the best I have ever had. She really understood what I was hoping o get out of the facial and tailored it to suit my needs. Reallly impressed. Only slight issue was that the air condioning wasn't working - I hope they get that sorted out for July and August!
