Haircut and blow dry were really poor. Stylist was running late so whole appointment felt rushed. No consultation before starting, my hair wasn’t parted and then was cut at strange angles (gathered my hair at my chin and cut) and no blowdry either

Worst haircut I’ve ever had. Terrible communication as the hairdresser had limited English. E.g I asked for short layers, but I was cut long layers. I asked for shaping around my face but this was only done on one side. The other side had two blunt cuts. No heat protecting spray used during the blow dry.
However the staff were friendly.
