Chris is the consummate professional who manages to make it a friendly atmosphere. Excellent treatment techniques and always happy to explain things even translating into simple layman's term. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for relief

I guess the proof is whether you think its worth having a follow up....I have. Chris was chatty and gave me advice on some of the ongoing injuries I have and structured our session to my specific need. He set expectations right at the start regarding the impacts of a sports massage so I knew what to expect. I am returning in a few weeks for shoulder treatment and will update on progress.
