With City of Glasgow college qualifications in Swedish massage, aromatherapy, hot stone massage, bamboo stick massage, Indian head massage, Thai herbal compresses and facial techniques. Kamila obtained qualifications in deep tissue massage and reflexology in Poland in 2019; she completed the sports and remedial massage course in 2022 in Glasgow. Another specialised complementary therapy massage is aromatherapy which uses naturally extracted aromatic essences from plants, flowers, fruits, leaves and seeds to balance and harmonise the body at all levels – physical, emotional and spiritual.
