A real proper professional sports therapy session, recognised the issues with skillful assesment and great treatment, initially with his machines, then actual deep sports massage, spot on to the problem areas. Unexpectedly followed up with a series of recommended stretches to supplement the treatment. Really helped my longstanding problems and will now confidently be back for more, as for once someone who seems to know what they are doing and gave me the results I've been looking for, for ages!

I have used some well-known Physios in the area for various issues and the treatment has always taken a long time. Chris gets to the issue quickly and gets to work with the best tools available, his hands.
Although some treatment can be from slightly painful to Arrrrgggh, it's benefits are quick and recovery much shorter than any others I have experienced over the years. I'll be back when necessary.
