Lovely place to go and get hair cut. Stylist did an amazing job on wash cut and blow dry. Would recommend!
The staff was lovely however I was not told the person cutting my hair was a trainee. Neither was it on Treatwell. Although the young lady was sweet. She had said she was not confident in cutting hair and she had cut only a few people before to build confidence. I understand that trainees must start somewhere but it should be made known before hand and should not be at the same price as other stylists!! Otherwise I would have gone to the college to get my hair cut for half the price!! Based on my experience I would not recommend going there unless you know exactly who is cutting your hair.
Emily was nice. Colouring was spot on. Wanted to reduce more volume on side top, but reckon not used to my thick hair for the 1st time. The treatment room was very cold and felt need more heating.

I booked a blow dry with the stylist, when I showed up she wasn’t even there!!
The beautician however was absolutely lovely, and she did the best she could to help me out. Unfortunately I have forgotten her name, but she was the only other person in the salon that day (24-12-18). She is an absolute pleasure, the hair stylist E however didn’t even show up- even though she had clients! Disappointing and very inconvenient as I relied on this
