Hello, I booked a blow dry with the stylist, when I showed up she wasn’t even there!! The beautician however was absolutely lovely, and she did the best she could to help me out. Unfortunately I have forgotten her name, but she was the only other person in the salon that day (24-12-18). She is an absolute pleasure, the hair stylist E however didn’t even show up- even though she had clients! Disappointing and very inconvenient as I relied on this

I arrived and the staff member was not aware of my appointment. I had received a confirmation email and text so was not expecting an issue with my booking. I did not have a hair cut and left disappointed :(

A welcoming hairdressers. I was given a wash, haircut and blowdry and I would definitely recommend this salon. Excellent value for money.
