Booked in the night before for a back, neck and shoulder massage as I have a physical job and was in a bit of discomfort. Alex asked me where I was having issues and as soon as he started the treatment he knew exactly where I needed the work doing. Great location, friendly atmosphere, Alex made me feel really relaxed, we had a good laugh, he worked his magic on me and I left with my back feeling brand new again. Thanks mate 😜🤟🏼.

Alex knew exactly what to address and where my problems were after a consultation. I have had issues with my shoulders and back for years, Alex immediately found and focused on points that had been neglected by others for years. Explaining why I had pain and where it was really coming from whilst addressing it. He worked within my pain threshold whilst still ensuring I got the best therapy I needed at my pace.
