Alex identified my problem areas and addressed it within my session to alleviate the pain and tightness I’ve been having. He was so helpful in discussing my current training and goals, to then be able to offer advice to get the most out of my training and avoid injury. Alex also looked at some recent bloods I’d had done to advise on anything I needed to change. I’ve booked in for monthly massages to help with overall maintenance and progress.
