I think that the scrubbing and exfoliating of sensitive skin should be way more gentle. I've experienced burning sensation once the next product was put on my face. Also, when taking off the cleaning products off my face, the water from the towel dripped into my eyes, alongside the product, which was uncomfortable and caused burning sensation.
