Very quick, chatty, was open to feedback to get the right service.
The salon is a bit small and not super atmospheric, so if looking for the spa vibe, not the right place. But the services is really good!

I tried to DIY curtain bangs and face framing layers on my thick Chinese hair and horribly messed it up. Vinella was excellent and really helped me rescue my hair. Will book and again and throw away my scissors!
