They are behind on what is nails tools, making it painful. My manicure and pedicure both look like if I have done it at my house in a rush. For £55 is a big disappointment. Never coming back.

It was absolutely lovely - the only fault was that I expected a hand massage would be included as it seems to be standard elsewhere, but alas, not this time. Other than that, it was all good!
