Arrived a little late and was not greeted just told to go into the side room. I told her I needed a moment to park using my app and she just said - hurry up because I have another appointment after you. She came back to the room and sat in the bed coughing as I was trying to pay my parking and when I asked if she’d rather we reappoint she said her next appointment arrives in 50 minutes so not to worry. Why rush me or treat me so bad if 1 you wasn’t running late for the next appointment and 2- when the salon was empty. (3staff sat around doing nothing) Once the head massage started she never asked about what oil I preferred and after the treatment my hair was dry so I know they didn’t use enough oil or even which oil they used. She never mentioned my pressure just started rubbing heavily which I appreciated on my back but not my head / hair. When the treatment ended I mentioned that it had gone quick to which she told me that I’d only booked 15 minutes for £15. I mentioned that the only option on the site was 30 mins for £30 and she offered to carry on? I refused as I was not enjoying her approach and was Actually glad she stopped half way as the value for money was not there. No hello - no question if pressure was right- made to feel unwelcome with no greeting. If it’s an English barrier then I’m sorry but I found the girl rude. She also made a comment about me when she left the room whilst speaking to the other therapist but I don’t know what she was saying. That is also unprofessional to make comments about your client in ear shot. No communication on entry lead to them doing a treatment I had not asked for and them loosing another £15. Staff should have CS training and try and talk to your client to see what they want. I’ll never return you really do pay for what you get and I’m glad I didn’t have to pay the full money or stay the 30 mins. Didn’t feel relaxed when I left just a bit patronised. Don’t waste your money go somewhere a bit up market and spend a tenner more will be worth it.
