I get my roots bleached regularly at different salons and it’s never been painful. This time my head felt like it was on fire and I was very uncomfortable. The stylist wasn’t interested and just kept asking if it itched. There is a huge difference between the minor discomfort of an itch and it burning. She also missed a piece at the front.
She rightly pointed out the my ends were dead and offered to just clean up the ends. It took less than 5 minutes and she charged me £20!
