Few pointers I will give. Ask the customer beforehand what shape they will like before cutting or filing. I had to mention this quite a few times when my nails were filed and cut rather short.I had to ask for work to be done removing dead skin around my toes. I expected this to be done as the bare minimum as per other salons. I also was nearly overcharged had I not looked. The prices on Treatwell don’t match their pamphlet. All the other services seem great but I won’t be returning.

The reason I gave one star is because the customer service is beyond ridiculous. I booked a face treatment for 16:15 as I worked that day. At 12 o clock, I received a call from the saloon and the lady was asking me if I can go earlier as she needa to finish at 4pm. I said that i am working, that's not my problem. I booked for 4:15pm. At 3:45pm i received another call saying that the service I booked it's not available because the lady was off until Tuesday. I payed and never got my refund.

I don’t really know where to start. Booked a Rice Facial and a full body exfoliation only to turn up and be told that the person who does the rice facial is away (still gave me the option to book) & they don’t do full body scrubs anymore but that they’d do it and get a gold facial instead. The facial has BURNT my skin. The lady, who had no idea what she was doing as it was cleay her first time, had me fully naked in a freezing cold room during the scrub with no music. Awful experience. So upset
