The worst wax I have ever had in my life. I hate to be dramatic but it was I booked online and went for a Hollywood wax on Sunday. The staff weren't very friendly and the place was flilthy but skipping passed all the unnecessaries the therapist had no idea what she was doing, for starters we waxed me with no gloves! I didn't even realise until halfway through, she waxed over and over the same area loads of times which your not meant to do as wax pulls skin off. And when the wax was finished she didn't even give me any after wax lotion. And she left her wet henna tattoo stained on my leg. In short I have bruises on leg inner thigh, skin missing all over my bikini area when I say skin missing I mean the skin scabbed over. It's sore and red and this is 4 days later. I am a regular waxer, I know what is meant to happen after a wax and this is not what is meant to happen. Anyone who had said this place is clean is lying. I was in sheer shock when I looked up and realised the woman wasnt using gloves. Gross just gross. The therapist even told me she was doing treatments when she wasn't qualified. I would never be saying this or care if the damage wasn't bad but it's just shocking.

I had a deep clean facial and thouggt it was good for the price. Staff nice and efficient. Not most luxurious environment but good value.
