This is extremely good value, if you want a no frills and no fuss experience. My wax was slightly rough but it was fast and thorough. There is no ambience but that's not so necessary.

I really like the lady who did the treatment, but I had to pay £15 more because the hot wax is extra and the bottom is extra too...I thought Hollywood means everything...
